   in Statesville, North Carolina. DHI constructs homes built by

   Handcrafted Homes is recognized as one of the innovative     

  builders of "system built housing".    While DHI specializes in system built homes DHI will also stick build the home of your choice.

DHI is a relatively new company however the management team is not.  Emory Young, president of DHI has been involved in the housing industry since 1977 and most recently was Regional Vice President for one of the "big 3" manufactured housing builders overseeing their retail division in the Eastern United States.

Emory Young and Donna Young bring a commitment to customer satisfaction as well as the dedication to insure that you accomplish all your housing goals.  They do this in a "low key," honest environment.  You will not be pressured during your home buying experience, nor will you experience deceptive pricing tricks at DHI.
